I had the honor of working with my close friend Caitlyn Liu, the business owner of The Radar NYC, to coordinate and execute a runway show that showcased multiple smaller and upcoming designers. This experience allowed me to manage every detail, from logistics like venue selection and vendor coordination to backstage operations. I collaborated closely with designers and creative teams to ensure a seamless execution, while also overseeing budgets and timelines to deliver the event on schedule and within budget. Additionally, I sourced models that perfectly aligned with the brand images and measurement requirements, and helped manage all concept, marketing, and campaign photoshoots leading up to the show.
